Feel like I’m going to breakdown

I’m at week 7+4, been having issues eating since like week5. I don’t feel well when I’m hungry, but when I eat I can barely take a few bites.. n if I take more than just a few bites, I don’t feel well again.. I basically cannot function at all.. constantly worrying about my next meal and having to sleep off the discomfort after meals.. and because I’m barely eating, I’m feeling hungry very often too, but it gives me stress too cause every single food taste bad and I don’t know what to get for myself anymore.. feeling very helpless that I cannot do anything and I can’t get myself to go to office like this.. I know everyone says it will get better in the 2nd trimester, but it feels so far fetched now.. I feel like I’m going to breakdown soon #firsttimemom #PregnancyAdvise

not to scare u but my sisters pregnancy she vomit and cant eat even till third trimester but she tried her best to still find any food she is able to eat even if she will vomit later on. she eats in very small portion but eats frequently and she find solids tht are soft n easy to digest only so that even if she vomit it wont be so hard on her. u can consider having juices or maybe if chia seeds are okay u can try those cuz i heard it helps to fill u up for awhile. pls ask gynae first before trying something new. vitamins are important for mummies suffering that. can also ask gynae if u can do drips at hospital which they will inject vitamins to ur blood stream to help baby n u feel abit better. hang in there mummy

I had a very bad appetite my entire pregnancy esp the first trimester. Ate or drink too much will vomit. Even thinking of food I would vomit. Don't be too hard on yourself and thinking of eating only healthy food. Just eat what you feel like or can accept of course not all junk food. I ate more often in lesser portions and a lot of plain bread and plain biscuits. Hang in there it will get better for me it was around week 14 where I felt better.

Can try to sip on liquids like smoothies and milkshakes throughout the day. Ginger tea for soothing the tummy. Inform your gynae too if you’re having difficulty consuming anything.

Try smoothies if solid food is hard to eat? add in fruits high in calories to make it more substantial. Add in citrusy fruits to whet your appetite. Jiayou mama, hang in there.
