How does Implantation bleeding looks like?

I am 2 days before my period. 12dpo. This morning when i head to the toilet and wipe, i saw 2 fresh red spots embedded within my white translucent cervical discharge. I then thought that my period is approaching a little early. Later in the afternoon i strain and the discharge was watery creamy white pale yellow, like normal discharge with no bleeding at all. I then took pregnancy test using guardian test kit but was negative. Am a little confused. I do feel very tired today and mild lower abdomen cramp.

Ohh this sounds like it could possibly be implantation bleeding lah because the description of just two small red spots and then stopping is very classic implantation bleeding pattern! The negative test at 12dpo is not conclusive yet because sometimes the HCG hormone is still too low to detect, so don't lose hope yet and wait a few more days before testing again, preferably use first morning urine for more accurate results. The tiredness and mild cramps you are feeling can also be early pregnancy symptoms, so just monitor how your discharge and spotting goes over the next few days and if your period doesn't come then test again, fingers crossed for you!!

Im sure you're very excited to know whether you're pregnant, but it is more accurate to simply wait till u miss your period to test again. Not everyone has implantation bleeding, so its not accurate based on that.

if you were pregnant, youd likely get a positive test by now at 12dpo. how sure are you about your ovulation date?

Usually fresh red blood means it's menses blood. implantation blood is normally pinkish.
