Hi mummies I am facing stomach growling nowadays, isit normal?

I’m diagnose gestational diabetes cause by only starchy food. I need to stop eating or just cut down? I avoided all starchy food but it seems like don’t have any food to eat as those healthy food (eg. Brown rice, wholegrain bread, salad etc) i don’t like 😅

Hi mummies I’m currently 21weeks. But I don’t feel anything at all? No symptoms no kicking no nothing. Is this normal? So worrying! :(

Hello mummies I had missed miscarriage and took the oral medication to terminate the pregnancy. I was at 11weeks plus at that time time. Currently I'm underdoing confinement. Im in my second week of confinement and I still feel cramp and sore at my lower abdomen. I believe that I'm still recovering and recuperating. Any of u had miscarriage and how long did u take to heal totally? The walk to hospital and mrt ride makes me lethargic and the lower abdomen feels sore after such walk. I still feel ive yet to recover and that makes me worried coz my HL is ending. I had post natal massage for 3 days. Im having confinement food. I put on socks and had warm shower. I shower once a day. I don't take cold drinks. Anything else i can do to help me heal? Appreciate your responses. Thank u.

Hello mummies, have you ever give birth in the labour room alone because your husband is taking care of your first child and no one else is helping your family? I've been feeling lonely at times and even lonelier when we agreed that my husband will only come to the ward afterwards when baby is out but not in the delivery room. How does it feel to give birth alone with no husband support? Or can we bring toddler in the room also? Need your opinion pls.
