Upper back pain

Any ladies getting upper back pain in first trimester? My upper back hurts when i woke up today.#adviceappreciated

Any hair dye to recommend for pregnancy? Was told henna hair dye would be okay but any brands or shops to recommend that has this dye? Thanks!

Brown discharge at W33+

Hi ladies, first time mom here and I’m currently week 33+ and I got a scare when I woke up this morning with some brown discharge. I called gynae and was asked to monitor and rest. Does anyone have this experience? Am so worried that baby is coming out soon. Besides some constipation which doc said might cause the strain, I don’t have any other symptoms. Appreciate any sharing to ease my anxiety! Thanks.

try monitoring every pad you change and take a picture. if you think it's stressing you too much, maybe you can go kkh for a safe mind

trouble sleeping (second trimester 23w)

dear mummies, I'm having trouble sleeping even with a U-shaped pregnancy pillow. I've been actively sleeping on my left but with the increasing sized of the bump, it's getting harder as well as with the lower backache/tail bone pain. will appreciate any advice that would help! ):

I can't sleep on u shape pillow too. currently sleep on my back...stressing every night too

my vagina smells bad during pregnancy

Hi Moms, I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant, and I've noticed a strange, unpleasant smell from my vagina recently. I'm a bit worried and embarrassed to talk about it with anyone close to me, so I'm reaching out here for some advice. I am worried someone could smell it from afar... I am afraid to have my husband nearby. Has anyone else experienced this during their pregnancy? Is this normal, or should I be concerned? What can I do to manage it? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Taking Progesterone during 1st trimester

Hello FTM here. Doctor prescribed me progesterone to insert via the Vagina. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks now, twice a day. Any mummies been through the same and notice white thick discharge ? I googled and apparently the discharge is normal. #firstmom

Food to avoid in trimester 1

hi mommies. I just got pregnant... I was pregnant before but had a miscarriage at 10 weeks. What kind of food should I avoid to prevent another miscarriage? I really love pineapple and really want to have it, but my mom says I shouldn't. Honestly, it feels very torturous

Low lying placenta after 20 weeks scan

Any mummies have this experience? Am abit worried hearing it as I’m about to travel at my 23rd week of pregnancy and will be walking quite abit while overseas…

I had low lying placenta till week 28. meanwhile have to be careful not strain yourself too much as advised by my gynae previously. don't worry too much, I understand majority of low lying placenta issue will resolve by itself eventually
