A friend of mine told me that she have some issues. I don't know how to help or advise her.. She randomly hits her child, bites her child, pushes her child, pinches her child. Even though it is just light hit, bite, push, and pinch that DOES NOT* leave any marks or what. She feels that she have some 'mental' issue of why she's acting this way. She feels guilty doing such things but at the same time she couldn't stop herself from doing it again. She loves her child a lot but yet why does she do such stuffs? Can someone please advise? When she gave birth, she was quite stressed and acted depressed to the extend that she wanted to end both her baby & her life because baby kept crying for no reason & she was sleep deprived. But right after she snapped out of it, she never thought about doing such stuffs to hurt her baby to that extend ever again, but the scar of her ever thought of such dark stuffs hunts her. I am not sure if almost 10 years back she had signs of depression caused her to act this way now or not. I really worried that she do have some mental issues. She is a SAHM. What can i do to help her with all her problems? I don't know what can i do. I know she will never hurt her baby, but at the same time i am scared she might be a case of post natal depression or something far worse. Please advise, and not judge with nasty comments. Thank you in advance!
Mummies, i am not sure what's wrong with my body clock. I am always so tired yet i can't seem to fall asleep until the sun rises or even if i manage to sleep early for the night, i will wake up in the middle of the night & can't sleep anymore.. End up will nap in the afternoon when i breastfeed my boy. + My legs hurts a lot when i try to sleep. I have to put like 2-3 pillows under my legs to be able to sleep, if not, it hurts too much.
I really need some advice. Few days before giving birth to my LO, my husband asked me to abort just because he say he does not have money to pay and find it very stressful etc. But now, I've given birth and still on confinement, to be counted as those unlucky ones, I've infections, fever etc. Even after knowing I'm having infections, fever, etc, my husband doesn't even give a damn and even ask me to go work to earn my own medical bill. I really find this marriage hopeless as he also doesn't show any respect to my parents and me. Now that I've given birth, I have a feeling if I were to mention divorce or anything, he gonna be snatching my LO from me. What should I do? He's not a Singaporean, but my LO is. And he intend to bring my LO back to his country and never comes back if I refuse to let my LO to even go back once. Upon hearing this, as a mum, how would I even dare to let my LO go back for just even once? What should I do?
My bb is already 6mths old but my tummy is still super big. For my 1st LO, tummy shrink after post-natal massage and I manage to bf for 8mths but this round, tummy didn't shrink even after post-natal massage. This round no milk to bf also. My ques is, if I go for another round of post-natal massage, will it helps? Any massager to recommend?
My butt and lower waist area are full of red stretch mark and I still have 6 weeks more to go before my EDD. Mummies, pls share your experience. Whether after birth, how long will the stretch mark go away or become silver colour? Silver colour is better than red/purple lines. it looks scary and it's bringing my confidence level down. I've been diligently applying palmers oil, clarins stretch mark minimizer, palmers coco lotion on the red lines but it appears to be of no help . Keep growing more and more...

Hello...Do you let your child take vacination such as pneumococcal or rotavirus ? Why yes or why no ? Mind sharing your experience any side effect for baby who take or any problem for those who never take .
