Of late my 14-year-old son has been falling ill every month with viral or cold and cough. He never had immunity issues as a child and didn't fall ill frequently. Why is that suddenly as a teenager he is falling ill more often? I am worried.

Don't bother...his age shows his mind is set. Don't waste good time in trying to change him. Instead if his conversation was heard by ur kids, try to adjust their thinking.
