Mummies, when you bring your babies outside for meals, do you prepare any food from home for them? My baby is exclusively breastfed and on 2 solid food meals a day. We want to bring him out more often but we are worried he would fuss when we're outside and it's not always convenient to find a nursing room. Any advice or tips to share? When travelling with a baby, what's the best way to prepare food?

Im a ftm, and since infant care is too expensive, im planning to ask my MIL to take care of my LO when when im done with ML (4 months). Since im currently staying there. For this case, would you let your MIL take your baby out ? To mall, supermarket, wet market etc when youre not around ? If no, how do you tell them nicely not to bring your LO out when youre not around ? Honestly scared for baby’s safety and anything can happen. #advicepls #FTM

Hi Mummies, My 11 weeks old boy has suddenly started hating bottles. I have used MAM bottle since about 3 weeks, but now he is just straight up refusing, even when I know he is hungry. He would latch instead. From 3 weeks onwards it has been a mix of bottle feed and latch but now he is not taking bottle at all :( I love that mom is comfort, but I go back to work in 3 weeks and am wanting a smooth transition! What do I do? Any tips? I am really worried #pleasehelp #firsttimemom

Any activity suggestions to bring out baby just turned 1 year old?

Hi, I’m a little worried. It’s been 3 months and my baby can’t seem to have long/proper nap in the day. Is this normal? He sleeps well at night,But im a little concerned about his day nap. He’ll wake up every 10/15mins and look ‘refreshed’ with no intention of sleeping back… but after a while he’ll cry because he’s cranky and tired his eyes look sleepy. I’ll breastfeed him, he falls asleep and nap… i’ll settle my stuff like quick shower/lunch/toileting… but not long later he’ll wake up. He’ll continue this nap wake up nap wake up but hardly a 30/45mins nap let alone a 1hr nap. He sleeps well only at night. Why is that so? It it because he senses that its not night so it’s not sleeping time? Or he realises/can sense im not beside him? He sleeps about roughly 10hours or less per day. Will that affect his development? What should i do? 🤔

Hi mummies, may I know how do you all managed to get a slot in PG/PreN (baby did not attend IFC)? My area consists of many BTO and nearby 6 schools have no vacancies for the next one year. I’m taking care of baby myself and due to personal reasons, I am also eligible for the working mum sub. How do you all manage to get into the priority list? I would like to enrol my LO in my nearby CC so she (18mo now) can learn something rather than stay home with me almost 24/7 (Guilty mum). Any deposit ? Any subsidy if both parents working ? 2. if we apply, will we confirm get it or depends on the slot and availability ? 3. Hi theAsianparent team, Since yesterday your feeding tracker and diaper tracker is not working. Everytime I open these, it hangs and nothing moves. It is very annoying when I want to record my LO’s feedings and the app doesn’t work. I use your app very regularly for this. I am sure many parents are facing problems like me. Please fix it ASAP.
