Anyone experienced chest pain at second trimester?

I started to have chest pain in 2nd trim, kinda feel like spicy, chilli rub on the sternum bone and slightly more on the left. I realised it become worse if i slp on my left side. So i tried to change my position more often, and if not sleeping, try to sit upright more. I realised its better when I slp on my right. U see which side u feel pain, try to avoid that side. If all this doesnt help, just check with ur gynae, it maybe heart related issue or chest muscle or skin over expand =)

Pain when walking

Is it normal to fee discomfort or pain while walking at 16-17 weeks only? I felt the pain around my bottom part around the vagina area up till the butt. Like i fee as tho the bones are moving as I walk. Not sure how to put it to right words but that’s the best I can explain. Anyone felt the same before? #advicepls #pregnancy #adviceplease #bantusharing

Pubic bone pain is normal. Even your gynae will say it's normal & there's nothing they can do. Do Kegel exercise. It helps to lessen the pain.
