baby from happy suddenly cry murder??

Can someone tell me why baby from happy suddenly cry murder?? Like suddenly she play play on her own happily then scream, the other time when we are talking to her then she cry murder too. Both within her awake window and she is 9 weeks this week. Stomach is not hard , so probably not colic? Haiyo poor thing she cry n scream until face damn red, carry and talk to her but she still scream scream till ownself tired. Of coz if there is a way i also don wan her scream till like that.

Red spots in baby’s poo

Noticed there’s red spots in my baby’s poop but i’m not sure if it’s blood or is there a possibility from the food that she ate? Fyi my baby’s currently 8 month old and on solid food. Today’s the first time i see her poop like that.

Yes it can be the food that your baby eating. Dont need to worry. Its still normal dear

Sleep

Baby been sleeping with us since newborn till now (7mo)... Is it possible to train him to sleep on his own if i were to get babycot for him? Or any other suggestion? Just not mattress on the floor ??

yeap possible....they will probably fuss abit initially...just hang on and it will get better :)

HELP

Mummies, my 9 months old only drink 540ml a day.. He refuse to drink his milk.. He will only drink once in the morning, once at 4pm -5pm then once at night about 10-11pm.. Is it normal? im not sure if he's teething. Even if he is, does it got to do with his milk intake?

it's sooooo hard having in-laws!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moms, do any of you have an incredibly annoying mother-in-law? Just now, I was carrying my child, and my child was crying because they were tired, but when I put them on the bed to soothe them, my mother-in-law swooped in and snatched them away. Now I'm just standing here watching my mother-in-law carry my child. It's so irritating, seriously. When I'm bathing my child, she watches me like a supervisor overseeing her employees' work. She comments, "You can't do this, you can't do that." It's frustrating. Once, I saw her giving banana to my child, and my child was licking it. My child was only 3 months old at that time. I told her not to give the banana, as it's not the right time YET. She replied, "It's okay, just a lick or two won't hurt". Hello???? It's not your child..... And my husband always takes her side, which makes me even more annoyed. I'm not happy that my mother-in-law is taking over my child every day. She wants to carry them all the time, but it can't be all the time. Whenever I'm carrying my child, she always says, "Come here, I will carry." I reply, "Let me do it." Then she says, "Come here, I haven't carried them at all." But she carries them more often than I do. 🤬😡

Hi mummies, can the pigeon softouch teat be used for the spectra bottles?

Thinking of getting the spectra bottles for pumping (spectra s1) and using pigeon teat. Thanks in advance!

I'm not 100% sure if the Pigeon Softouch teat fits the Spectra bottles directly, as the neck sizes may differ, so best to check with the retailer before buying. Maybe bring both to the shop and test fit lah, saves the hassle of returning.

My baby is 29 days old her weight is 3.6kg. Is this weight acceptable for a 29 days old baby ?

6mo spit-up

hi mummies, my 6mo has been spitting up some green colour curds? i think it was a few days or a week ago i fed LO spinach— his spit up was green mixed with some of the milk curds. i didnt think much about it since i fed him spinach w a few veggies that day. until today i noticed the spit up hasnt changed to the normal white curds. it was still green. LO’s well-being so far is okay; playful, sometimes sleep more (usually 30-40mins nap in the daytime, somedays can nap 1.5hrs), no fever, no rash and dont notice any allergy symptoms also. i will definitely bring it up w our GP for our next appt but as of now should i be concerned?

Since LO is otherwise well and playful, it could still be the spinach or greens working through his system, but green spit-up that has lasted this long is worth getting checked sooner rather than waiting for the next scheduled GP visit. I would bring him to the PD or polyclinic this week just to be safe.

Is it normal for a 5 month old to poo average 6 times a day? Previously LO poo average 3 times a day but this past week the frequency increased. Should I be worried?
