3rd pregnancy, breastfeeding advice?
Hi , its my third pregnancy and hopefully i would like to bf as long as i can. I have 2 kids under 3 at the moment. So i will like to have a relax bf journey as i can. As much also to tackle time btwn husband, chores n kids. Advisable to latch newborn without pumping? Or atleast for the 1st month, as for my both two kids was so burntout and stress that i drop bf aft 2/3 month. TIA
Breastfeeding
I’m thinking to stop breastfeeding at 6m mark - as in pumping…it takes a toll on me, and i find it inconvenient if i were to go out for a full day as theres just too much to bring and if i dont pump, my breast hurts…i also dont watch my diet, my MIL asks me to stop eating spicy food and eat more fibre to that baby poo everyday, but as much as im eating my veg, my baby dont poo everyday. And i love my bbt that i have it everyday (w25% and no topping) im afraid my breastmilk might give bby diabetes? not sure if thats works actually…if i were to stop giving my LO BM at 6 months, am i selfish?

Hello mummies. What are your takes on taking collagen supplements if you are still breastfeeding your little one, say around 4 months?
Increase milk supply after almost drying up
Hi mummies! Unfortunately I went back to work two months ago. And unfortunately after I went back, my supply dwindled like crazy. My routine was that I would pump at work once during lunch at 1pm, and then once I got home by like 6pm my baby would latch on. But after a while, work got so busy and I had missed my lunch pump. I thought by baby latching it would continue to stimulate it, but it wasn't enough as my supply continued to decrease. Today I tried pumping but only managed to express like, 20ml for both sides :((( Any mummies had been in my position but managed to successfully increase your supply? Any tips on how I can continue to pump during a busy day at work (I work in a preschool setting)? And what would be a good pumping schedule I can follow daily? Food-wise I know probably would go back to taking 100plus and legendary milk pills religiously, but any other food tips? Any sharing would be good. Thanks so much mummies!
