Hi mummy! Low milk supply can be stressful, especially at 4 months postpartum. Don’t feel guilty, you’re doing your best. Try to pump more frequently, stay hydrated, eat enough (especially protein and healthy carbs), and manage stress by resting when you can. Check your pump settings and flange size for better results.
