How long can we keep the unfinished breastmilk

Hello mummies! My baby is drinking 100ml nowadays but doesn’t always finish all the milk and sometimes left quite a lot. How long can we keep the leftover in room temperature? Can we put back in the warmer until the next feed? If let’s say i put 100ml in the warmer at 12am and she only wakes up about 1am to drink. Drinks about 30ml. Can i put back to the warmer and feed her on her next feeding? Sometimes she wakes up like 3-4am. Is it ok?

Manual breast pump

Heard that first few days after birth we shouldn’t use electric breast pump. Is it advisable go get a manual breast pump / Hakka then?

Baby bowel movements

I have just returned to work & now my baby is drinking pumped out breast milk. When it’s not enough my helpers would give FM. Since then my 4 months old haven’t pooped, 4 days counting. Is it normal?

Itchy, redness bumps around the breasts

2 days ago, I start to feel itchiness near my breast like near the armpits, above the breast and neck. Anyone knows why?

How do you all heat up chilled breast milk? Currently, I'm using warm water to slowly heat it up, but my milk still turns sour. Because of this, my LO refuses to drink the milk. I've also tried bottle warmers to warm up the milk, but the milk still turns sour. Please help!

Increase Breastmilk Supply

Hello Mummies, Can anyone share an effective way to boost up breastmilk supply ? Been pumping every 6 hours for past couple of weeks since delivery of my baby and managed to pump 60ml - 80ml. Tried to pump every 3-4 hours but not much milk will be produced. Only a few drops. Feeling rather affected over this as I really want to BF my baby fully. Currently alternating FM and BF.
