Baby bowel movements

I have just returned to work & now my baby is drinking pumped out breast milk. When it’s not enough my helpers would give FM. Since then my 4 months old haven’t pooped, 4 days counting. Is it normal?

FM can cause some constipation. I guess as long as baby’s not in discomfort, you can monitor for a while more.
