worried of baby's pattern while he is on latch on

LO is 3 months, he has been noted to have breastfeeding 4 to 6 minutes only and tries to push away.. then he will latch on and off (like playing). He is being burp after that. There was one time he had projectile vomit but after that its a small milk from mouth or after few minutes he will spit up a formed milk... please advise... first time mom here

Expressing BM

Just wondering if anyone pump outside if you cant find a nursing room? Most ppl bf baby but I have never seen anyone expressing milk outside? If I am not latching baby and need to pump just put on a nursing cover, take out my pump? Hope noone will be staring at me?

Drinking Fresh Milk While Breastfeeding

I realised that on days I drink milk, my baby tends to spit up/ vomit more than usual. Is there really a link to this? I am fully breastfeeding.

Baby refusing breast

Help! My baby has been acting weird since we send her for vaccination last feb 17, she became crankier, doesn't sleep well at night and taking only short naps (max 15mins each) in the day. Because of that it's so difficult to feed her, she will fuss for hours while arching her back and refusing my breast when I offer even if she's due for feed. I can only feed her when she's really sleepy. I dont know what to do ?

Milk Storage Bottle

If i sterilize 10 milk storage bottles at 1 go, leave it to air dry and keep. Can i stil use it gradually at my own pace? Do i need to keep sterilizing?
