acne rash in baby

any new born baby has acne rash? my baby has acne rash all over the face and head, now spread to the limbs and body.. Dr say not to worry.. but its getting more now. any mumy have any solution to this acne rash?

Acne rash will happened at early stage of a newborn. What I did would be to wipe with warm towel after each feeding, vomitting, I use microfibre towel for bathing, I will use product like Cetaphil for bathing and then Pro Advance Cream to apply on newborn after bathing (twice a day/whenever the acne rash dry). Hope this helps.

Hi mummies, can recommend what can of lecithin and fernugreek u took for clearing of blocked ducts and on the same time increase supply? Appreciate if there are pictures of the brand u took and how much to take please. #advicepls #FTM

Many mummy friends recommended this to me. Have bought but yet to try. Price is also more affordable compared to the other popular brand.

Anyone with edd 14 aug has given birth yet? How was it? I have not! Was hoping for a national day baby but i guess baby is still too comfy inside 😂 I just cant wait to see my first born! But definitely not looking forward to sleepless night 😂

Hi hi! Any mummies gave birth at TMC - stayed at 2 bedded?

Can spouse stay overnight? Any pros and cons? How much is the hospital bill for normal delivery and stayed 2 bedded? #advicepls #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

Hubs cannot stay overnight due to 2 bedder. But visiting hours for hubs is 8am-8pm. Normal visiting is 1pm-8pm I have to use forceps, about 6k+ just for myself(have not deduct medisave). Baby is about $1k+-. Do note that the bill for mummy and baby is separate. During admission, need a deposit of $2.5k.

Breastfeeding , breasts hard as rock but pump only gt 5ml -10ml

Help needed, breasts engorged till hard as rock wanna burst le but hand express nothing, pump only 5ml to 10ml.. can help how to empty breasts milk effectively n quicker?

check if your pump parts are correct size and suction strength. also what’s the pump duration?

Newborn 1 month development assessment?

Hi mummies, My newborn is going for her 1 mth development assessment next week. What should I expect from the assessment? What is it about? If we do this assessment in polyclinic, can we continue to do subsequent appointments in polyclinic instead of private PD? Any difference?#pleasehelp #advicepls #FTM

If you do all appt via polyclinics that will be subsidy route. For 1 month will be to check on eyes, hearing, tummy, private area and other matter that concern your new born you can or they will let you know.

Am I overreacting?

Hi mummies, does your husband stay in the hospital with you throughout the entire day + sleepover after birth or only some times? As my husband mentioned that he will try to be in the hospital most of the time and will visit after he ends work. Is this normal or am i overreacting and feel that he doesnt prioritise me and the baby since i will be very vulnerable

For mine, as his job entitles him to PL, he stayed with me thru out till the last day of PL. I can understand where you’re coming from and your feelings are valid. Maybe try to talk to him again to see if can take the time off and accompany you thru out his PL? Some jobs do require them to go back so maybe compromise to going back for a few days but you will need him with you at the hospital for those 2 days.

Hi mummies! Do we start counting the confinement days from day of birth or when we are back home from the hospital? The minimum 28 days or 30 days?

From home, I did 44 days.

Will you be worried if your newborn baby is closer to the confinement nanny or too used to her?

I am worried that newborn will stick to nanny instead of me because my baby co sleep with her and was fed by nanny. Od nanny leaves, then my newborn will keep crying and not used to me caring.#advicepls #pleasehelp #firsttimemom

not worry at all cause I take care baby myself. nanny only help in Bath
