Hi mama out there Just to check around if anyone use epilator during their pregnancy term? Not sure if is safe to use.
Can i store folic acid and supplements in the fridge?
Hi mummies, I know supplements like calcium and folic acid can be stored at just room tempreature, but can I also store them in the fridge? My fridge is around 7 degree. Will it be too cold and spoil the efficacy of the medicine/supplement?

Food Aversions
Hi mamas! I'm 8 weeks preg. How do you cope with food aversions? The only thing that I can keep down is sour/tangy fruits. I cannot stand anything soupy or rich. I can't even smell bread. Any tips on how I can trick my sense of smell? 😅
