Prenatal Massage

Hi mummies, I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant. Been dealing with back pain and leg cramps lately. How often do you recommend getting prenatal massage?

Back in those days we all grew up fine without using such device. At most just use soap and hot water. I feel it's more of a marketing gimmick especially now there's breast pumps involved so they will emphasize on this to use steriliser

Is it normal to have bleeding gum or feel slight swollen to your gum during pregnancy?

Is it normal to have bleeding gum or feel slight swollen to your gum during pregnancy? I have been experiencing that everytime i brush my teeth, it bleeds, but i dont feel any pain to my teeth or gum. Is that normal? Anyone experiencing the same thing?

Anyone can feel fetal movement yet?

I’m 15+ weeks now and I thought I felt fetal movement few days back. I’ve not felt anything for a few days now and I’m getting worried.

nope, I'm week 15 now ftm still haven't felt any movements yet 😅

C-section or Natural with epidural?

Hi mummies, I have a very low pain tolerance. Costs aside, should I go for C-section or Natural with epidural? What are your considerations? #FTM

If baby allows, I would go for natural with epi again. It’s 1 tear vs few layers (if you’re lucky, no tear!). Natural recovers faster. My entire delivery was painless (laughing gas and epi).

Itching at my genitals at Week 15. Is it normal?

Past few days have been experiencing itch at genital area after urinating. Not sure the cause of it. Am worried if I should go get a check or scan. Anybody faces this issue during pregnancy?

ya my butt feels so itchy & I googled it's apparently normal?

Miscarriage at week 6 :(

Went for my second gynae visit only to realise that my foetus has no heartbeat. Was told to come back in 2 weeks for follow up. But one week later, I started bleeding and that’s was it, I lost my baby forever 😭

Hi mummies, I'm week 14 now. Can I go for calf/foot massage?

it's better to avoid massaging your feet. I was told that you can massage your feet from 8 months onwards.
