Is it normal to feel sharp stabbing pain near your lower abdomen?

Hi there 👋🏻, i would like to know whether anyone also had experience sharp stabbing pain near your lower abdomen when you cough/sneeze/change of position? It doesnt happen always and if it does, it only lasted for few seconds.

I have the same, sometimes pain goes to the legs also. Just had my 6wk scan and all looks good. doc says those pains are expected as well if tolerable like period pains.

Less morning sickness

I am pregnant with my second baby and I notice that my morning sickness is not as bad as the first. I still get the occasional nausea but much lesser. I do feel other symptoms like being very tired and bloated. Just wondering if anyone had the same for their subsequent pregnancies. Could it be different gender baby? 🫣

I didn’t experience any morning sickness throughout the pregnancy. Guess every pregnancy is different.

6 weeks pregnant

Hi I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I'm only taking folic acid from the polyclinic. Can I take other prenatal vitamins? If so, which ones? My first appointment is this Fri.

Im 8 weeks preg my discharge was healthy and suddenly today it has a little red blood. Am i supposed to worry or is it normal?

it might be spotting.. Best to consult the gynae immediately.

Are we allowed to eat gingko nuts with yam paste?

I have read before that gingko not recommended for pregnant ladies. you can Google to check more

Can we use ointments/Vapour Rubs to ease bloatedness and constipation?

you can Google to check if the particular ointment you want to use is safe for pregnant ladies. I have used ruyi oil after checking other ladies said safe

Blighted Ovum? Or?

Recently on Monday, I went for a scan requested by the doctor that did my IUI. Gestational sac has grown however he says there’s no visible yolk sac. If counting contraception date of 20 July, I should be about 6 weeks now. However a gynae I’m also separately seeing had already arrange for a scan 26 Aug which would be when we should see something. I’m confused and concerned. Was I supposed to already see something on Monday or is it blighted ovum as what my other doctor is insinuating?

what type of scan did you do? week 6 - Your embryo might still be too small for an ultrasound scan to be seen. my gynae did a transviginal scan for me, and there was a visible yolk sac.
