Rolling over during sleep
Hi mummies, need some advise and help!! My baby is turning 4 months in a few days and she also recently mastered rolling over on her tummy but unable to roll back yet. She goes to sleep being swaddled but nowadays strong enough to struggle out and able to roll over during her sleep. What I realise is her face is always down when she roll over making her struggle to breathe and she would make noises. I’m just afraid she rolls over at night and sleep on her face down on the bed and i don’t know cos i’m also asleep. What should i do? If i swaddle her, harder for her to roll but if she roll it’s dangerous. If i don’t swaddle her, easier for her to roll and she will keep rolling over when sleeping. What are your advises? 🥲

4 months old drinking lesser than before
Hi mummies, my baby just turned 4 months old and is mostly formula fed. Her usual feed per day is approx. 600+ ml (100-120ml x 6 feeds) prior which i noticed is already lesser than advised. Currently, she is drinking even lesser and cannot even finish a 120ml bottle in a single feed (can only drink 50-60ml each time). Feeds these few days only amounted to 600ml or lesser. Wondering if anyone has this issue too?
Going back to work
I am due to return work next week and dreading the thought of it. Just the idea of leaving my baby at home while I work most of the day makes me sad. I worry that his nap times will be affected and if he wonders where I've been... Can any mom share their experience going back to work? I am also pumping at work and this whole thing will be so new to me, I hope I'll pull through!
Baby hard to drink milk
Hi mommies, does any of your baby always cry first before drink the milk? Though it’s already 3-4 hours for the next feeding time.
High Risk FTS results
KKH called yesterday and told me that my baby is high risk for Down Syndrome after my FTS scan/bloodwork - risk factor 1:44. She mentioned something about an absent nasal bone. I'm waiting on my NIPT results but I've been so worried. Does anyone have any advise / experience to share? Thanks mummies!
Frozen EBM overseas
Hello! I will be going overseas for a 4D3N trip to bangkok with my 3 month old. She is fully bottle-fed on EBM. (I don’t latch) Can anyone give me advice if I were to bring frozen EBM in a cooler bag to travel, by the time I fly and reach my hotel the EBM might be thawed in the cooler bag cos it’s not as cold as the freezer. Can I still refreeze the milk and let my baby drink for the next couple of days? How should I go about it? Please advice!!! Thank you :)
Sleep regression during daytime?
My baby is now 3.5 months and we have issue trying to get her to nap during the day. She becomes cranky when she can't sleep and I have tried the usual way of carrying her in arms and patting her but no use. Her daytime nap was only around 30 mins each nap x 3. Does it help if we push forward her sleeping time? I'm worried she will be too tired 😫
