When can we start asking gyane for hospitalization leave? 1 month before edd?

It’s not a given. Most gynaes only give HL if you have a medical issue related to pregnancy. I saved my annual leave for some time off before my EDD. Alternatively, you can start your maternity leave up to 4 weeks before your EDD, but that would mean a shorter time at home after giving birth.
