Hospitalization leave
Hello all mummies/mummies to be, during pregnancy, do you have hospitalization leave issued so that you can rest at home(or work from home)?
I didn't get formal hospitalization leave during my pregnancy, but I did take medical leave from my PD when I needed it, especially towards the end when things got uncomfortable. Most of my colleagues just used their annual leave or worked from home on days I wasn't feeling well. It really depends on your company's policy and what your doctor recommends, so I'd suggest checking with your HR first and then asking your gynae what she can certify for you. Some workplaces are more flexible than others, especially if you're having complications or are on bed rest.
Read morei requested hl for 2 weeks before my edd. other than that is wfh but need to visit client office weekly, still manageable.
