What type of pads do you use for your confinement? Maternity pads or those normal ones?

I use the maternity ones at hospital till I've finished using it, I switch to normal Night ones which is 35 cm long.

Maternity pads from Madame and Kotex. Softer and won't irritate stitch if you're going through natural delivery.

Normal extra long winged pads. I found them better than maternity pads. Best however was Kotex overnight panties

I used the normal pad. You can try Laurier Relax Night. It's 35cm long so you don't have to worry about leakage

Maternity first, then normal night one after the first few days as the flow is lesser

This depends on individual. For me I just use normal pad as my flow was not much.
