Any mummy who has or had Endometriosis? What were your symptoms and how was the problem rectified? If you can also share which Doctor and hospital did you consult? Asking coz my Gynae suspects it and I wanted to understand more about as I do think the symptoms are similar. Please comment if you had a personal experience and don't share any article or links etc. TIA. #advicepls

Hi I had endometriosis but I reckon not severe enough to get an operation as my doctor just said to take supplements to support its improvement - fish oil for omega 3, vitamins CDE. The back of my uterus was 3X thicker than normal lining measurement. I consulted Dr James Lee from Astra Specialist. He practices at Punggol Oasis terraces and Mt E Novena. Very patient doctor. He did a pelvic exam and ultrasound to diagnose me with endometriosis which I was thankful for - was wondering why we took so long to conceive (2 years TTC). After he did the probing to test if I had pain at the back uterus lining, which cause me some cramps (period like cramps) that day and the following. But no period, just the cramps. This is common as endometriosis will emit toxic chemicals unfavorable to fertilization. There will also be pain during sexual intercourse - which I always thought was normal but apparently not when my gynae said. Sometimes after sex I would get the same crampy feeling that is similar to period cramps that will go away after 1 day or so. When period comes it’s usually a nightmare with severe cramps, at times cold sweat and vomiting. If you google and research you will find these are common endo symptoms. Mine got more and more severe over time.

Recommendation for footwear

Dear fellow moms, need recommendation on where can I baby shoes/sandals from, for my 1 year+ baby who's a new walker? It's been 2 months she's started walking without support and I want to make sure her footwear is good quality to support her in her early steps while she's busy exploring the world :) TIA

Bug in TAP system?

Wanted to check if anybody else is facing issue with the app recently? I have been noticing few glitches over the last month or 2. My app version is up to date. Pic upload seems to be worst affected. Sometimes I don't get the option at all or don't see the pic I uploaded in the pic gallery while browsing. Stickers never work for me so I just ignore them. Some of the links seem to be broken or leading to page not found. Aside to this, rewards redemption is also affected. I redeemed at least 3-4 rewards which shoul've arrived by now, even by normal post but they haven't. It's been more than a month for at least 2 of them. Going to be shifting house soon so wondering how long it's gonna take? Anybody having similar experience?

Best overnight diaper

What's the best diaper for overnight usage? Currently using Pampers but it gets almost wet by 3-4 am. Had some leakage too, sometimes. My baby has sensitive skin so need some skin friendly option.#advicepls #1stimemom
