Can anyone suggest good maternity pads after delivery..
Do we need to take them to hospital or they will provide?
Is it better to buy pads or adult diaper kind of are better??
Pls suggest comfortable and easy to use ones
I use this!! There is a cooling effect too.
After the delivery the nurse gave me a choice of cooling pad or non cooling. i was curious so i tried the cooling one. Wah for our hot weather, this is so comforting especially after vaginal birth
