how to prevent baby from popping earlier than EDD?

Is there any ways to prevent baby from popping earlier ? All i do is avoid walking too much, what else can i do?

my doctor gave me duphaston and ask me not to walk too much, as I have a breech baby so that it won't come out before the schedule
