two months is enough time to lose at least about 8kgs if u really try. have a warm glass of water with a spoon of honey and a dash of lime and ginger juice. start jogging as much as u can. eat ur dinner latest by 6:30 so that u finish before 7. obviously avoid fried foods as well as very oily ones
