Hey, It is common during pregnancy but during your next consultation to the gynae, do let him/her know

I got once but not so serious. If you got often or quite serious, better to talk to your gynae.

Unlikely to be, might be bc of the hot weather. You may check with your gynae if concerned

Another common symptom during 3rd trimester but double check with your Doctor on this
