Blood discharge at 8 months

Hi mummies, I’m now in my 8 month of my pregnancy. I just saw a blood discharge and stain on my underwear. Is this something serious or is this a sign of my labour?

May be your mucus plug. Observe for any contractions or water bag breaking. If a lot of bleeding, better head down to hospital.
