Hello mummy apa set postnatal yang mummy guna dan berkesan ye? First time ni kalau boleh lepas deliver baby pun nak maintain body cantik kalau mummy ada tips lepas delivery body boleh back in shape pun sila la share ye saya before pregnant berat 50kg sekarang dah 67kg ghisau takut berat stagnant lepas deliver nanti 😂 #preggymom #firstmom #bantusharing
saya anak 1st sebelum pregnant 56kg. masa pregnant 80kg (terkejut amat berat naik banyak masa tu 🤣). lepas bersalin tak sampai sebulan berat 48kg. masa ni guna set pantang Nona Roguy. jamu phytonatal dia memang buat lawas dan perasan berat badan makin berkurang. fully bf baby juga. makan masa ni tak jaga cepat kebulur jadinya lepas 8 bulan bersalin naik balik berat ke 56kg 🤣 Masa anak kedua berat sebelum 56kg, masa pregnant 67kg, lepas bersalin 45kg. pantang guna khidmat CL. sepanjang pantang tu CL bg guna set Sari Ayu. Ok juga tapi tak sepanas Nona Roguy. bertungku, bertangas dan bersauna. pada masa yg sama sy amalkan telan jamu jus Mutyara. Fully bf baby, makan memang jaga. berat maintain sampai anak 2.5tahun. lepas tu slowly berat naik balik ke 56kg 🤣 apa yg saya perasan bila stop bf anak je mesti berat slowly naik. ikut pada badan org. ada yg bf anak tp berat maintain tak turun, ada yg bf anak berat turun. sbb tu ibu yg bf anak cepat lapar. masa lapar tu jgn pula tibai makan manis, makan banyak². boleh makan tapi berpada. mcm sy masa lapar tu makan biskut cream cracker kosong cicah air milo/teh je (pengajaran dari pengalaman anak 1st) habis je pantang terus bersenam semula nak kembalikan otot perut ke asal.

Postpartum 43kg😅 I did get my shape back but now I underweight. Currently still BF my princess. I'm not ready to wean off yet. Plus I'm working mom too. I've been juggling between my kid, my husband, my work. But I makan macam biasa. In fact lagi banyak from my husband. So yeah all this matter affected my weight and my calories burnt by my kid. 😂 I was GDM mom. Alhamdulillah it's not permanent. I'm not sure if my sharing tips will help you but ini yang I buat till today. After delivery till now I just jaga makan and exercise regularly. Jaga makan as in more in real food. Processed food, fastfood, junkfood, sugary food/drink are minimal in our (my little family) diet. Less sugar/salt added in cooking. Could be no sugar/salt added at all. No MSG added. So yeah healthy cooking at home. I just share with you my real life experience. Hope it helps you.

Set postnatal untuk self care during postpartum, not to lose weight sis. Mine tips, bengkung never miss for belly to back in shape. Keep breastfeed as it can helps lose weight, rahim pun cepat kecut sebab bf. Eat healthy food.
