I am 30 weeks pregnant n cannot perform 100% at work like I always do due to my pregnancy condition (often giddy). My head of department is using this as an excuse to not promote me in January 2017 although this promotion was planned n followed through every appraisal talk since 2 years now.
What can I do? I don't know if my HR is strong enough to assist me. Will it help if I seek help from MOM?
Need a kind soul to advice pls. Thank u so much.
