How do you manage time to workout and are you particular with diets?

i always make an effort to do it. if i can spend some time to eat, i can always fork out a little time to exercise, even 10-20mins is good. Diet, not very particular, but plenty of water is important!

dont rlly workout but i do alot of walking and stretching, especially after eating. bout diets, i still having a hard time to have a healthy diet but i eat alot of fruits and milk

U may buy a weighing machine it may helps u to monitor it .. just to control ur hunger

Choose a time before or after work for workouts. It can be a short 1 hour workout too

Have a fixed schedule and be disciplined. I would try to eat healthier if possible

Don’t really love working out but always try to eat small portion for dinner

No time to work out no time for anything. Unless someone tc baby 😔

I walk a lot and try and avoid fried stuff, junk food etc(:

Have a fixed schedule. And try to be disciplined

I just go out every other day for a short run
