First Food

Helo all ! Can i know what is the first food normally u guys feed ur LO? My baby is 6Month plus now.. and not sure what shud or not feed her..

You can start with fruit/veg purees:) some people also give rice cereal purees

Can try fruits like banana or avocado . Mashed them

Purée! Can try Heinz
