Baby Led Weaning (BLW)

Hello, my baby is 7 months and started puréed food! I want to try BLW but I’m scared to try at first because I thought baby would get choked! I did try BLW with my baby girl and yes she does gag but not choke! Anyone else tried and and tips and tricks?? Should I continue trying? I mean I only tried 1-2 times

It’s normal baby will gag. They are learning to swallow. It’s good to keep trying as now solid is slowly becoming the main food and vitamins source for their development. Just note to avoid any food that will cause choking like whole peas.
