had the same thing in 2019. I was given a month of HL. Good to do confinement and rest well during this period. If your stitches are well, you can resume back to work after 4 weeks. If it’s still not well, doc will usually give you extended HL. I only do my normal routine after 4 weeks but slow and steady. Even after 4 weeks, doc gave me light duty. Good to have home support helping you with chores etc.
