I totally understand the anxiety, especially after what you've been through, that chemical pregnancy must have shaken you. But here's the thing: having minimal symptoms at week 7 is actually pretty normal, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong. A lot of mums I know who've done IVF say their symptoms came and went randomly in the first trimester, or didn't really kick in until week 8 or 9, some didn't have many at all. The fatigue and heartburn you had were real, they've just settled down, which happens. Since your week 6 scan already showed a strong heartbeat and good growth, that's a really solid baseline, and missed miscarriages are actually quite rare once you've seen that, your body knows what it's doing.
The hardest part is just the waiting until week 9, I know. It's tedious and the anxiety is real, but you've got good evidence already on your side. That said, do mention this worry to your specialist at your next scan, they know your history and can give you specific reassurance and maybe explain what to watch for (or not) in the meantime. You're doing well, and you've made it further than before. Take it one day at a time.
