Gynae say baby's growth is ok.. week 24 at 600g. But keep asking me to eat more. I only managed to put on 1.3 to 1.5kg each month. Doc say aim to put on 2 kg a mth. I just eat normally..
2kg a month means you will gain 18kg by the end which is way too much! My gynae never ask to gain that much. I wouldn't listen to him/her and just eat normally as much as you're comfortable with. Gaining a lot of weight doesn't mean healthier baby.
