bias mum?

Hi everyone, can i ask for opinions? A mother has two sons and both sons have similar body size which is fat or obese. During meal time, this mother would always ask the first son to stop eating so much but on the other hand always concern if the second son has eaten enough (PS: both sons have same competitiveness in eating and this family says they practice equality in materials). Do you think this mum is bias?
