Diluting formula milk

Do u diluting formula milk? By adding additional 10 or 15ml of water. Will it have negative effects on the baby in long term?

To my opinion I prefer to dilute.. Cos it will cause phlegm

if phlegm is an issue, can try changing brands.

No - I wouldn’t dilute. How old is baby?
