Keenz airplus 2.0 vs baby zen yoyo+

My 10mo baby loves to sit upright to view the surrounding. Would you recommend keenz or baby zen (plus guard bar addon from Shopee)? Which stroller is better in the long run? Is keenz seat too narrow for bigger kids? Which is easier for mummy (alone) who takes taxi alone to fold up and unfold while carrying baby? Does baby zen topple over easily if i add a baby bag at the handle?

Has anyone been delivered by Dr Jessie Phoon or Dr Li Xinyi from KKH? How was your experience with them?

Baby Home Safety Measures

What are some home safety measures that you have implemented for your baby? And at what age? Is invisible grill a must? Playpen? Safety door gantry? Please share your home safety setup!

Most important thing to me is those bumpers for hard corners in furnitures as they like to run around and bump into stuff. And then safety locks to prevent them from opening drawers & getting their hands stuck. Also I have a small staircase in front of the door so need to put a gate to prevent baby from falling down the stairs. Plug covers to prevent baby from touching unused plugs. That's about it 🤔. If you have heavy furnitures that may have a risk of falling if baby climbs on them, you might want a safety strap to attach it to the wall also. It's good to implement these as early as possible, before they start crawling around since it gets much more scary then 😨

Can Hubby Attend my Gynae Appt?

With the tighter restrictions on circuit breaker, where it is recommended that people go out alone, is this a rule or a guideline? Can my hubby go with me for my gynae appointment? He doesn't like it that I go out alone ever since I'm pregnant. How?

Can wait outside, cant go in to the doc room with u anymore..

This is the butt shot from my week 13 sonogram. Is baby a boy or girl? How do I differentiate between cord and a dick? These do get mistaken for each other. Hope to know your opinion

Is 1 month of confinement a must?

It's been tough securing a CL these days. I don't even feel comfortable putting down a deposit for them. Caucasians don't do confinement the way we asians do. Can mothers please share their confinement experience? Do you really feel too weak etc to cook confinement meals yourself while taking care of baby? Do we really really a CL/mother to do confinement for us?

You don’t really need to hire a “professional” CL. In my opinion and experience, as long as you have someone to help you with preparing the food, taking over the baby for a while and other doing some chores, you’ll be fine. I gave birth twice - in my first one, my parents were there. In the 2nd one, my distant relative/helper was there. When it comes to food, I don’t believe in the concept of heaty and cooling food. If it’s healthy, eat it. 😆 To add on, I wasn’t too weak to do anything. I still washed bottles, cook simple food and vacuumed the house.
