nothing in my sac??

Just came back from the Doc's apptmt. They scanned but is an empty sac. Doc said I'm sure pregnant but 3 possibilities. 1. Too early (though I'm in week 8) 2. Miscarriage 3. Out of womb Went for blood test and might be going again this Sunday to know the results. I'm already feeling negative and depressed.... ???
