Nauseous due to taking care bb

I don't know why I feel nauseous and headache almost everyday. Since nanny left I been looking after bb . I wake up once a night to feed bb. Day time also didn't do much. Carry on feed him etc. I feel I got sleep enough just do not know why I still feel unwell. Maybe I am old body weaker and also done c sec. Today bb hit 3months. I do have time to sleep but sometimes can't fall asleep. Feeling very irritated and wonder how come other people can do yet I can't.

i had similar feeling during 1st 3 months. likely because of hormones changes. do not think too much and ask for help when you need

What Fruit Do Pregnant Lady Eat

What type of fruit do u eat? I'm always feeling mouth sour. From the start of my pregnancy til now. Very uncomfortable. By eating cold fruit n drink make me happy a while. So far I eat apple n fragrance pear daily. The rest are as and when.

Head heavy feeling

I feel head kind of heavy feeling. But not giddy spin kind. Just feel discomfort with head heavy. Entering into 3rd trimester soon.

I had that too. Sometimes I needed to rest for a bit and drink more water, sometimes I needed to take paracetamol and sleep. Try not to overexert yourself okay?

Feel lower obdomen heavy

Feel cramp and heavy feeling at lower abdomen. Stomach feel tight n especially more right after a meal. Week 24.

That’s normal:) everything is fighting for some space within the same tummy. Heh. You can try eating smaller meals with snacks in between. The tightness should last for a while then go off on its own. The lower abdomen’s heavyness will keep increasing till you give birth 😅

night time feel stomach more tight

Anyone feel stomach more tight and don't feel good at night time? Night time my appetite not so good and stomach feel more tight. If I lie on sofa want to get up my stomach feel tight n heavy. 24weeks.

There may be times when you do not feel like eating while you are pregnant, especially if you are not feeling well or are constipated. In addition, as your baby continues to grow, your stomach can't hold as much food causing you to feel full quickly.

Can feel stomach moving

Is it normal to feel my whole stomach like bb moving n kicking inside? 24 weeks now. My bb boy is moving whole day... So active is it normal and do you experience too? My hubby say can see my whole stomach moving.

Anyone taking fish oil prescribe by gynea

I can't take fish oil capsule as I keep burping the fishy smell. But I realise I can take fried fish like fish n Chips. Other than this can I take other fish like fish soup? Cos I understand fish has mercury which we have to eat selectively. Anyone don't eat fish at all throughout pregnancy? Is OK de right? I'm a fish person before pregnancy but not now... Still v sensitive to smell....20weeks..

Can try other DHA food like egg, chia seed, walnut or seaweed. Should be alright without taking fish since vegetarian wont take them anyway. Though fish is good.

Do you feel very thirsty all day

I'm not sure if is it the weather or is it I'm pregnant? I constantly feel thirsty despite me drinking lots of water. But problem is I seldom pee. Wonder where my water goes to. Anyone feel the same? Or maybe I sweat all out so no pee... See cold desert or drink makes my eye big and got the urge to drink.. haha

Anyone keep having stomach issue

I just have stomach flu keep having diarrhoea and only recover after 12days. Stool was getting into shape as time pass. But still soft. After 5 days I have stomach issue again. Feel bloated and again softer stools and every time after eating will feel like going to shit. Anyone experience same as me? Is this normal? My stomach is bloated n feeling reflux with sour taste in mouth. 18weeks now. Really don't know what to do.

Anyone try eat chewing gum for acid reflux

Anyone try eating chewing gum for acid reflux? Saw this in YouTube. I really very pissed everyday mouth sour and excess saliva. Really want to find something to solve it instead of relying on gaviscon which I'm taking now. Don't tell me eat less or no caffeine. I already try all.

Why don’t you just try if it’s available to you? Diff ppl have diff things that work for them.
