Head heavy feeling

I feel head kind of heavy feeling. But not giddy spin kind. Just feel discomfort with head heavy. Entering into 3rd trimester soon.

I had that too. Sometimes I needed to rest for a bit and drink more water, sometimes I needed to take paracetamol and sleep. Try not to overexert yourself okay?
