Sleeping Duration For Newborn
My baby was born a month earlier than his EDD which was supposedly in mid nov. As such, his adjusted age is 1 month plus now (corrected age is 0.5 month). Recently he has trouble falling and staying asleep in the daytime. No change to night routine where he will wake every 2 hrs. His total sleeping hours in one day i think is only ard 10 hours. However i unds that newborns are supposed to sleep 14 to 17 hrs. Would like to hear from other mummies/daddies how much ur newborns are sleeping.. Thanks!
Charcoal Tablets During Pregnancy
I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant. Vomited once and had diarrhea consecutively since 4 hours ago. Is it safe to take charcoal pills?
Rashes
Could someone tell me if these are pregnancy rashes? I saw a derma recently and was diagnosed with contact dermatitis on the lower part of the legs. After coming home to apply steroid cream on the affected area, there was this outbreak of rashes which I am not sure whether they are pregnancy rashes or other forms of rashes. Note: the rashes didn't start from tummy nor do I have any stretch marks ard tummy yet.
Rashes?
Has anyone encountered this before? Currently at 19 weeks pregnant. Had rashes since week 15 / 16. But it seems to have worsened into sth that's really red with some stinging pain.. Dunno what to do..
Itchy Rashes
Does anyone have red itchy rashes like me which appeared randomly? Noticed abit in first trimester but alot more seem to have surfaced now that I'm in early second trimester..
Checking For Down Syndrome
Hi, I'm a first-time inexperienced mum and has some questions. I am scheduled for a counselling and blood test session for down syndrome (optional test) on the 12th week and was told to go for scanning on the 13th week, similarly for down syndrome. Can someone explain why I need to go down to KKH twice for blood test and scanning to check for down syndrome? Would I be able to know the results immediately after the scanning? Is there anything that other experienced mums out there could share with me too, e.g. How is the blood test like? Many thanks in advance!
Is This Normal?
Hello, I'm currently near the end of week 6 (first pregnancy). Have so far not experienced any puking or nausea (but the thought of certain food like fish, brown rice, pork make me wanna puke - food that I used to like). Also did not experience fatigue like what most people mentioned. Is this normal at all? Doubting whether I'm really preggie ?
