DSA disappointment ☹

Hope for the best Expect the worst Still disappointed Such a waste of time 💔 Dont think I will be putting my younger child through the DSA process Time would be better spent on preparing for PSLE

I really feel you on this, it can be so hard to find good reviews for a specific branch before you commit. I don't have personal experience with that particular one, but a friend of mine enrolled her daughter there and said the teachers were quite nurturing and patient, and her girl settled in pretty well after the first few weeks. It might be worth popping by for a centre tour so you can get a feel of the environment yourself lah, sometimes that tells you more than any review can.

My kid does not like the taste of chicken essence. Any supplements with similar benefits?

Hi mum, my girl also couldn’t take the smell of chicken essence before so I understand. Some parents switch to other flavours or focus on iron rich foods instead, but if you’re considering supplements maybe check with your PD first since every child is different.

Student's absence during travelling period will be marked as Absent without Valid Reason in accordance to MOE's guidelines. What possible impact could there be?

Hi mum, it can be quite stressful seeing that on your child’s record. Usually MOE does track attendance so best is to write in to the school to explain and check with the form teacher or admin on how to resolve it.
