I really feel you on this, it can be so hard to find good reviews for a specific branch before you commit. I don't have personal experience with that particular one, but a friend of mine enrolled her daughter there and said the teachers were quite nurturing and patient, and her girl settled in pretty well after the first few weeks. It might be worth popping by for a centre tour so you can get a feel of the environment yourself lah, sometimes that tells you more than any review can.
