Hi mummies, anyone has experience with Dr. Wendy Teo for C-section delivery? Appreciate any sharing! Thanks.

From what I've generally heard, Dr Wendy Teo at Mount Elizabeth Novena is considered very competent and efficient, the kind of doctor who knows exactly what she's doing, though she's not particularly warm or chatty, so don't expect a lot of hand-holding. For a C-section specifically, that professional, no-fuss approach can actually be reassuring, since you just want someone skilled at the procedure rather than someone who chats the whole way through. Consultation fees are fairly reasonable from what I know, first visit around $120, subsequent ones from $80, though you'd want to call the clinic directly to check on the C-section delivery package. One thing worth noting is that she does lean toward a "let nature take its course" philosophy, so if you have strong preferences or a more interventionist approach in mind, it's worth discussing that upfront with her. Overall, she seems like a solid, reliable choice if you value competence over bedside manner.

sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Try to buy some pregnancy pillow it really helps or else mag lagay ng unan sa Gitnang legs then sa side ng tiyan then left side is the proper position lalo na kay baby. Mag nap pag umaga or usually hapon para makabawi ng tulog I'm 24weeks now salamat sa diyos nakakatulog ng maayos. I'm just suffering a little bit of cramps on my legs last 2days ago. Working mom here :)

Internal bleeding second trimester

Hi mummies, I'm having my second pregnancy. But this time, I keep having internal bleeding on and off from first trimester and currently in second trimester. I don't have fresh blood coming out, but I get cramp on and off. When I visit the gynae, she mentioned there's some bleeding inside. Any mummies have the same experience and managed to deliver a full term healthy baby? #advice

Hello! I'm a FTM here and was wondering what kind of shampoo to use during confinement? Heard people sharing that it's good to use ginger shampoo but not sure how true this is. Would love to have some recommendations / advice from mummies out there 🥰
