Hi mummies. Does any faced cough problem during first trimester?

Im about 5 weeks now. And the cough gets worsen at night. No other symptoms but just purely cough.

Mummies who've given birth recently at KKH(sub) , do they still give out the goodie bags? 😅 And also , mind sharing what was provided during your stay there? I don't want to overpack thus wanted to know what is provided heheh. Also I read online that baby birth cert now is digital right? So we just register online?

cold pads, disposable underwear (very loose for me), basic toiletries like comb, shampoo. Yes all register online now, the kkh side will inform

Why do I have small pregnancy belly 😥😥😥😥😥😥

I am 16 weeks pregnant and Most of people says my belly is too small. This is my 1st pregnancy. I checked with my doctor and he said my baby is growing well. but I am still worried and I get annoyed when other people ask about my belly

take it as a compliment, that you had a fit and tight core pre pregnancy! my bump is small too and I'm happy with it, as I wouldn't have the other pains, the other mummies had e.g: pelvic pain etc. don't worry about it. most importantly you and the baby are healthy. size doesn't matter!

Prenatal Fish Oil - which brand?

My doctor prescribed Belvea Fish Oil since I don’t have any, but I find it quite costly for just 30 pills. I am considering to purchase fish oil in bulk from retail stores. Any recommendations on the brand and specific type of fish oil? Thank you!
