Breakfast for morning acid reflux

As the name suggested, what do u guys eat for breakfast if u wake up with acid reflux? I have this everyday, trying different option but ugh it doesnt seem to get better. Every morning wake up with sour mouth and nausea but no vomit. I tried hot milo and even cold milk but why nothing seems work in my favour ☹️☹️☹️ The vomit is very random though, could be in the morning or night and pretty sure caused by the acid

Bring it up to your gynae. They will prescribe some antacid for you. Oh and try to stay off milk, milk can make acid reflux worse.

Pregnancy after c section

I just got c section on the 11/11/22. I found out I might be pregnant again and very worried. I planning to go for checkup and have a scan for to see if my uterus could hold the pregnancy. Just want to ask if any mommy went through this and for advice pls. Is an accident

My sister had the 4th child when her 3rd was only 4 months. Both kids are 11 months apart but born different year. She didnt terminate pregnancy, however faces sharp tingling pain towards third trimester. Both kids are now 1 and 2 years old. She can do VBAC but choose C section due to the sharp tingling pain. You may seek advice from gynae pertainjng this issue during check up.

My boss is not a bad person to begin with. But somehow my working experience get weirder and weirder everyday He goes around telling majority of our suppliers that I’m pregnant when I don’t have the intention to tell any of them. Cos I don’t see a need. And I think it’s not morally right to tell others about staff’s personal life. I don’t personally know all these suppliers and I don’t deal with them often/directly. Then when supplier has illogical request like resending the same email (which was already done), my boss simply blames it on my pregnancy telling those suppliers “bcos she’s pregnant, it’s unavoidable that she will be forgetful and makes mistakes.” Like Whhuutt?!?! Is it even fair that he blames it on my pregnancy? I tried to tell him what really happened regarding the email thing but he didn’t want to listen. And he’s always making remarks like “it’s ok to forget, you are pregnant” or “I try not to ask rely on you for the data bcos you are pregnant” Somehow he just made me feel that being pregnant was a mistake and that I will definitely compromise my work. I feel so upset. I want to work so that I can be financially independent but he’s making it tough. The mental stress is real.

I feel he has no ill intentions to begin with, maybe just not knowing how to deal with a pregnant staff and all. Compared to my boss who indirectly asked me why I got pregnant knowing the department has shortage of manpower at this point (due to many resignations), I’d rather have a boss like yours to deal with. No kidding.

Heavy bleeding after positive pregnancy test

Hi all, my first gynae appointment will be in March. My period was about 2 weeks late, I then took a first pregnancy test last weekend and it showed positive, took a second one on Wednesday and it showed positive too. After the second test, I had some spotting the day after. Started with streak of bloody discharge, then followed by dark brown spotting. Woke up at 1am today to only feel more blood. Not enough to soak a pad but enough to soak a liner. Is this miscarriage? I would honestly say the bleeding is quite heavy compared to spotting. I’ve had spotting before for my previous pregnancy but nothing like this.

I lost my baby today. I was not expecting this kind of pain.

help please. 39 weeks 3 days & contractions

mummies please help. im a first time mum & im currently 39 weeks & 3 days. my due date is in 4 days time. having a painful contraction every 3-5 mins non stop. went to the hospital but was told only 2cm dilated. given a choice to take injections of painkillers & get admitted or went home to wait & dilate more. i chose to go home but i can no longer stand the contractions pain & cant get any sleep with this contractions. is there any technique or tips i can relieve the contractions ? should i wait more or go back to the hospital ? help please im in pain ☹️

Hi, i know some gynae will actually give HL up to 1mth, but my gynae refuse to give me HL. she only give me few days mc eventhough i told her im not feeling well, bla bla.. i told her i need to travel 1hr+ to office evryday, i feel vry tired.. She jus refuse to give me HL. My gynae is frm top private hospital. I know most of my fren get their HL 1mth before EDD, but i only can get few days mc before my EDD... mind to share any gynae that willing to give HL? Decide to choose gynae willing to issue HL for my 2nd n 3rd bb..

Hi, I'm currently 25w4d into my pregnancy and I've been seeing Dr Sim Lee Ngor from TMC. Back then during my first tri when I had severe morning sickness, she gave me total of 1 month HL to rest at home as I also had some light brown discharge. She's quite understanding so you can engage her and let her know about your concerns, she should be fine in giving HL as long as it's legit reasons. Jiayou mummy! 🥰🥰

Bleeding during first trimester

Hi all, I’m currently in my first trimester (around week 6)..experienced bleeding with clots and went to KKH urgent O&G yesterday..doc said mine is a threatened miscarriage and prescribed progesterone over 2 weeks..they did scanning and could see baby and heartbeat..did not have any bleeding for the next 24 hours until now (the next day) where I felt a gush of blood again (fresh blood with clots)..just wondering if this is normal even after taking progesterone? How long does it usually take for the bleeding to stop? Am very worried and paranoid :(

Hi, I was also bleeding heavily when I was 6 weeks and went to KKH urgent O&G. Doc said that it’s normal to bleed. I got an injection and stopped bleeding the next day. I’m now coming to 8 weeks and occasionally still have spotting. So I have to inject meds every 4 days.
