Hi mummies, can recommend me formula milk for newborn to try out? That wont give them stomachache or any issue Noted that its a trial and error but theres too many brand and im not sure which to try first. Incase my BM is not yet produced after birth#firstmom #firstbaby

This is my first pregnancy and im not sure what to expect. Im in my 16th week, but theres not a day that goes by that i dont worry for my baby in my tummy. Is it doing well? Is it still breathing? Is it still growing? Especially its still too early to feel baby movement of kicks, im not sure if baby is doing well or not. Im trying not to spend too much $ on private gynae for scans in between my kkh appt. I worry too much, that from the start of my pregnancy till now i sometimes dream about miscarriages, which made me even more worried. Is it normal? So far i never experience any bleeding etc #firstbaby #firstmom

Hi all, I'm wk 16 now. I have this severe right hip pain it just get so bad sometimes after sitting down I cannot get up I need to wait for a while. It felt like I've sprained my hips.. Does anyone else have it? Can I see like a tcm or doctor or something for it? I don't dare to put those medical patch since it's so near to bb. #firsttimemom #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

Currently on week 19. Been reading that sleeping on left side is best for preg women esp from 2nd trimester onwards. However whenever i sleep on my left side, my right side of stomach will be in pain as suddenly it got bloated and the gas trapped inside. Not really sure why. Any mummy experience the same?
