Progesterone level drop

Im 4 weeks pregnant. Anyone progesterone level dropped and had to go for a progesterone shot? Took blood test on Sat and level was 53 nmol/L. Did another blood test and level was 48 nmol/L. Also took progesterone shot. Due to come again for another shot this Thurs. Anyone had similar experience before and can you share how your pregnancy journey was. Kind of worried as I had a miscarriage before.

I experienced this before. Did a blood test first, then jab, waits for the results for two days.. And found out the level decreased. But I was bleeding during this duration.. And eventually ended up with miscarriage.. 😢 Are you bleeding?

False positive on test kit??

My period was due to come on monday but it didn’t. Decided to do a test on the clearblue kit yesterday. It was a negative. But in the afternoon when i saw the kit again, it shows a positive. So decided to test again with another kit this morning and it was a negative. Im also starting to see spotting on tissue after i pee. Anyone experienced this before? Is it a false positive?

Implantation bleeding or period

Period was due to come on 15 Aug. For the past 2 days I had spotting. But it was red and not brown as people describe implantation bleeding to be like. Usually once I have spotting, the next day my menstrual flow will come. But the 2 days of spotting was just a one time thing and the rest of the day no spotting at all, just usual vaginal discharge. Should I test with a pregnancy kit or wait it out?

I would wait for at least another week

How long did your first period after miscarriage last? It has been 11 days and im still bleeding. Although the flow is starting to slow down

Follow up check after miscarriage

Went for my follow up check after a natural miscarriage but no scanning of womb was done. Only urine test which hcg turned out to be negative. Anyone else had no scanning done as well? Or is it better to go for a scan to check if there are any blood clots left inside? It was also the start of my period yesterday.

it's usual practice to just have blood or urine test to track the HCG level. as long as the number is decreasing each time and reach zero or close to zero, it's fine. meaning you manage to clear your womb. the sac is too small to be monitored via the ultrasound
