I took bonjesta prescribed by my gynae and it helps. The medication usually will last me 2 days, where I feel a bit more normal than before. And I get to enjoy food. But on the third day , it’s when I feel the worst where I’ll have headaches and puking episode. That’s when I had to take the bonjesta pill at night again. It did save me during the worst two weeks , week 12-14. But now I’m getting better as I’m in my tri 2. Also because previously I was on high dosage of progesterone , which I believed that resulted in my bad morning sickness. Bonjesta is safe to consume during pregnancy so maybe you can check in with your gynae whatever he/she can prescribe you with that. In the meantime, hang in there mummy!

Sigh also figuring this out as I’m having all day nausea (not just morning) and really trying to survive. I’m in my first trimester still and trying sea bands now (recommended by a friend) to avoid starting/being reliant on drugs. It does help fo a certain extent to help me function a bit better at work.
